Our Asquarterly events are a wonderful opportunity for some industry networking and a chance to hear from specialist leaders in their field. In the past we’ve covered SaaS and BYOD, the ever-evolving green IT and how corporate data centres can manage security concerns effectively.
The next Asquarterly is just around the corner (Thursday August 7) and this time we focus on change and project management.
What are the fundamental differences between the disciplines of Change Management and Project Management? Where is the cross-over? When should one lead and take preference over the other? When does conflict occur and how should it be dealt with?
Asq Projects will publish a unique Change meets Project Management infographic to be presented at the next Asquarterly community event. Complimentary bubbles upon arrival, and canapés will be provided. A cash bar is also available.
